Peekr is an iPhone app for preparing property walkthroughs and guiding remote buyers through them. Agents organize photos, PDFs and recorded video, optionally use AI to prepare a walkthrough, and invite buyers to watch in a browser. Live camera showings are also available.

No app download or Peekr account is needed to watch. Buyers open the invitation link or enter the showing code, then provide their name and a phone number or email so the host can follow up.

There is no Peekr sign-in. To enable eligible free previews, Apple verifies the App Store download and may ask you to confirm your Apple Account. Peekr does not collect your Apple password.

Eligible verified App Store downloads include two live-camera showings, two recorded-video showings and three successful AI generations. Free listings can include one PDF up to 10 pages and 10 MB, and one recorded clip up to 3 minutes and 50 MB. Photo sharing and manual playlist editing remain available without these credits.

A live preview counts when the camera is published and a buyer connects. A recorded-video showing counts once when an invited buyer opens playback. Uploading media and host rehearsal do not spend those showing credits. An AI credit counts when a successful result is saved.

No. Credits are stored on the server using a verified App Store download identity. Reinstalling the app does not provide a fresh set.

Yes. Open Listing Studio, add your property media and details, and arrange the walkthrough first. No showing code is needed for preparation. Start Showing from the saved listing when you are ready to present.

AI is optional. Before sharing selected content with Anthropic, Peekr asks for your permission. Prepare my walkthrough uses sample photos and property details; prompts for PDFs and recorded video use their titles rather than analyzing those files. Review every generated fact, heading and talking point before applying it. Manual tools remain available.

Talking points are private to the host. Buyers follow the media you choose to present, while you can refer to your notes.

Existing getpeekr.com invitations and newer show.getpeekr.com invitations remain supported. Keep using the complete invitation sent by the host. The website checks which viewer has the code before opening a confirmed matching showing.

Personal and Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Prices, billing periods and plan limits are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in Apple Account settings.
