Start with the listing.

Open Listing Studio and add photos, a PDF or a recorded clip. Save the property name and details, then arrange the order you want buyers to follow. No showing code is needed to get started.

Use AI with intention.

Prepare my walkthrough can suggest media order, headings and private talking points. Peekr asks before sending selected content to Anthropic. Review and edit the suggestions before applying them. AI samples photos and property details; PDF and video prompts use their titles, not their contents.

Prefer to do it yourself? Manual playlist editing and talking points are available without an AI generation.

Bring the listing into a showing.

Tap Start Showing on your saved listing. Its name, details and playlist carry into the session. Rehearse first, then send the invitation link or let buyers scan the QR code.

Make the buyer feel present.

Buyers join from a browser and provide contact details. Choose a photo, recorded video or PDF page, and buyers follow your presentation. Your talking points stay private. Use live camera to answer a question in real time when your plan or remaining preview allowance includes it.

Keep the relationship moving.

Your branding and contact details help buyers know who is hosting. Use buyer enquiries to follow up after the showing, and return to the saved listing for your next conversation.
