Prepare the property before the showing.

Bring your property details and media together in Listing Studio. Save the listing now, then start a showing when you are ready to invite buyers.

Updated November 6, 2026. Based on Peekr 1.6.2.

Create your saved listing

On the Peekr home screen, tap New Listing. To return to work you have already saved, use Listing Studio · My listings instead.

Tap Add photos and create listing, allow access to the property photos you want to use, and choose your images. Wait for the saving progress to finish. You can also begin with + Add PDF walkthrough or + Add recorded video; Peekr creates the saved listing as the media is added.

Choose a small set of clear photos that tell the story of the property: its exterior, principal living spaces and the details buyers are likely to ask about. You can add more photos later.

Add the property details

Open Add or edit property details · optional. Give the listing a recognizable property name or address. If useful, enter bedrooms, bathrooms, the asking price with its currency, and the property type.

Use Save property details on the saved listing. These details carry into the showing when you start it from this listing. Check that the information is current before sharing it with a buyer.

Add a PDF or recorded clip

Use + Add PDF walkthrough for a brochure or other property document, or + Add recorded video for a clip from your photo library. Wait until Peekr confirms that the media is saved before leaving the screen.

Free media allowances per listing
MediaAllowance
PDFOne document, up to 10 pages and 10 MB
Recorded videoOne clip, up to 3 minutes and 50 MB

Eligible verified App Store downloads include two recorded-video showings. Uploading a clip and previewing it as the host are free; a showing credit counts once when an invited buyer opens playback. Live-camera previews have a separate allowance. Read the full preview and plan details.

Arrange the walkthrough playlist

Under Walkthrough playlist, use Move up and Move down to place each photo, document or clip in the order you want to present it. A practical starting point is exterior, living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, then supporting documents and any remaining questions.

You can keep the order entirely manual. To add headings and private notes, choose Edit playlist & talking points manually. If you prefer an AI suggestion, follow the AI walkthrough guide and review the result before applying it.

Return to the listing when you are ready

Go back to My listings and reopen the property whenever you need to adjust the media or details. Before presenting, check the saved information and playlist, then tap Start Showing on that listing.

Starting from the saved listing brings its name, details and photos into the session, along with the prepared playlist. Continue with the hosting guide.

Questions before you begin

An upload stopped. Do I need to start over?

Photos already saved remain in the listing. Add the remaining photos again. If a media preparation retry is offered, use it to finish the pending upload; the retry uses no showing credit.

The free preview count is zero. Can I still prepare a listing?

Yes. Photo preparation and manual arrangement remain available. To use eligible AI or recorded-video previews, enable the App Store verification option in Peekr. Verification may ask you to confirm your Apple Account.

Can I change the playlist after preparing it?

Yes. Reorder it manually in the saved listing. If you change media after generating an AI suggestion, start a fresh review using the current media rather than applying a stale draft.
